We provide a range of Training Solutions with three areas of focus:

SOFTSKILL

Softskills and Personal Development programmes including Leadership, Team Building and Motivation.

QUALITY M&S

Quality Management Solutions including ISO programmes, Lean Six Sigma and Organisational Excellence series.

Our Mission

Our raison d’être is clear cut. Our reason of being is to ensure all our customers the wow factor of materializing the theoretical “if only”, into the practical reality. All our developmental learning modules are designed to have inevitable positive impact on the future of our client’s business endeavours.

Our goal is to incite our clients to achieve their goals. Trained by training experts,
we provide our clients with the most suitable blueprint customised according to what is required at the time. However, an on-going commitment is also offered to our clients through our Change Agreement method whilst continuing to identify other approaches to smooth the transfer of learning to a given workplace.

We work with organisations of all sizes and individuals who desire
to become more productive putting their newly found knowledge and skills to practise. What we do is listen to your objectives and tailor them into workshops and work the applications suiting your essentials rather than the other way round. We provide a plethora of training courses under our three focus areas:

Information and Communications Technology (ICT)

We provide courses that aim to improve participants overall literacy and mastery of programs that are the most commonly used throughout the working world. These include courses on Microsoft Office programs, Java, Oracle, and Adobe. We provide workshops for software development and programming, database administration, network security as well as web design. We also offer certification courses that are recognized by major industry players such as COMPTIA and Cisco. This 5-day programme of CompTia Security+, Comptia A+ is valued at RM 5,000.00.

Soft Skills and Personal Development

We focus on the interpersonal skills, workplace competencies, and overall professionalism of our participants. Our courses provide training in teamwork, presentation skills, project management, and job interviews. We believe our training courses under this focus area will be able to allow participants to establish a more open and professional working culture in their workplaces.

Quality Management

We aim to ensure that all systems employed by our clients in their respective organizations meet the requirements of international standards. We provide courses that explain the fundamental steps towards better quality management. As part of this focus area, we provide programmes for ISO, and Lean, Six Sigma and other quality tools and methods. Our group of professional trainers and consultants have suitable expertise in their respective specializations enabling us to provide popular and globally recognized courses expected by our clients. Keeping in line with one of our values which is collaboration, we have established strategic relationships with major industry players, groups of professional instructors, government agencies, and educational institutions which will enable us to constantly deliver high-quality training that combines theoretical aspects and industrial experiences.

Our Heritage

Haslina Hamidon
Founder Chairman & CEO,

Haslina Hamidon graduated with an MBA from Kensington University, United Kingdom in 2001 majoring in Marketing Management. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree she had earlier completed her Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK). She has vast experiences in marketing and training in both commercial and government sectors. Having 20 years of experience in the training industry, the training sphere is not her first rodeo.

She had played a major role in developing and conducting programmes for graduate students for the Human Resources Development Corp. (PSMB) and run Train the Trainer (TTT) programmes for the Human Resources Ministry. Among the highlight of her accomplishment is being the government agency’s Head of Department for the state of Johor where she attended regularly state Executive Councillors’ meetings chaired by the Chief Minister on matters pertaining to human competency development in the state of Johor.

Haslina was also instrumental in helping the Multimedia Development Corridor (MDEC) develop its blueprint for human capital development for the country’s ICT industry.
She hopes that Big Tech Sdn Bhd shall mature to be a major training institution that responds efficiently to current market needs and demands so that Malaysia can be at the forefront of human capital development.
